Mafia-Incorporated DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY MATERIALS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE VIRUS-FREE. IF YOU DOWNLOAD EXECUTABLE PROGRAMS FROM THE SERVICE, THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF SUCH PROGRAMS IS ASSUMED BY YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL Mafia-incorporated be held with part or TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) RELATING TO THE PLAYING OF THIS GAME and problems with your personal computer.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You acknowledge that Mafia-Incorporated is not responsible for the accuracy, content, or availability of information accessed or linked to through the Site, nor does the inclusion of any such link imply endorsement by Mafia-Incorporated of that Web site.

The Site includes Content concerning game play, purchasing credits, purchasing flashes or icons. All such material is provided for informational purposes only and does not imply any endorsement of any particular product or affiliation with any particular Vendor. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for determining what, if any, Products are suitable for your purposes and for any loss, liability, damage or costs you may suffer as a result of any purchases you make.

3. Mafia-Incorporated cannot be held responsible for the purchase of any icons or flash that you acquire through links on our site, should they cause your computer to have problems. Mafia-Incorporated only provides information to the visitors on where those items can be found.

You may have the opportunity to order or receive services, (collectively "Flashes or Icons") through the Site directly or through links on the Site. All Products for sale (unless otherwise noted as owned or offered by Mafia-Incorporated) are provided by third-party vendors ("Vendors") pursuant to agreements, licenses or other arrangements between that Vendor and you. All aspects of your transactions regarding the Products, including, but not limited to, purchase terms, payment terms, warranties, guarantees, maintenance and delivery, are solely between you and the applicable Vendor. You acknowledge, consent and agree that Mafia-Incorporated may access, preserve, and disclose your account information and content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
(a) Comply with legal process; (b) enforce the TOS; (c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third parties; (d) respond to your requests for customer game; or (e) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Mafia-Incorporated, its users and the public.
If you are found to be in violation of the TOS, your master account will be frozen. If you are a supporter, and you violate the TOS, your master account will be frozen as well, and you WILL NOT RECEIVE your money back for unused credits.
When and if you are attacked by a multi or a cheater, and lose DU's or OP's, Mafia-Incorporated will not be obligated to replenish the lost DU's or OPs. We will be aggressively pursing cheaters in this game.
